Both 2x6 photo strips and 4x6 prints, instant sharing, a standard backdrop, standard props and one attendant are included. A complimentary web gallery is available. Unlimited prints apply within reasonable event usage; excessive reprints may be limited to one print per session to keep access fair.

Guests may be occupied during dinner, speeches and formal dances. Send the full event schedule and preferred booth start and end times so we can recommend a suitable coverage window. Digital sharing depends on the connection available at the venue.

Extra time and booking

Additional Open-Air time is $179 per hour, subject to availability and venue approval. Your date is reserved after availability is confirmed, the agreement is signed and the 50% retainer is paid. The balance is due 7 days before the event.

• How do I choose between 3 and 5 hours?

  Choose around your event schedule. Classic offers 3 hours for $499 and Signature offers 5 hours for $799. Longer coverage gives you more flexibility around dinner, speeches and dancing; guest count alone does not predict booth demand.

• Is 2 hours ever enough?

  Essential Booth includes 2 hours for $399. It can suit a smaller celebration or a defined part of a longer event. Share your schedule so we can check whether that window is a good fit.

• Will the booth be busy the whole time?

  Sometimes, but usually no. Booth usage comes in waves, which is why extra time often feels “more worth it.”

• How do you keep the line moving?

  One attendant is included with Open-Air Photo Booth rentals to guide guests. Unlimited prints are subject to reasonable event usage; excessive reprints may be limited to one print per session so other guests can have a turn.

• Can we add more time if the party is still going?

  Extra Open-Air Photo Booth time is $179 per hour, subject to our availability and venue approval. Request additional coverage in advance when possible; an extension on event day is not guaranteed.
